Get Rid Of Your Back Pain (Don't Blame The Mattress/Bed)


8 out of 10 people experience back pain when they wake up in the morning.
The common cause of these pains according to most is;

  1. I Slept wrong.
  2. That mattress is bad.
  3. The list goes on....
But consider that most of these people are more than likely 24+ year old and this is
not just a coincidence.
Younger people, seldom have these pains. For example kids can sleep in your bed(with the 'bad mattress'), on the floor, couch and just about anywhere and they won't wake up complaining.

Anyway save your money and pain because the problem is that you most likely have weak and/or unconditioned back and stomach muscles!

Python Eats Guard Then It Gets Killed On Electric Fence While Trying To Get Away!







This Python in Sudan sneaked in killed and ate a night guard who was sleeping
then on its way out was shocked by the electric fence.. Tried to attack the fence
but it was too late!





Just wanted to thank all those peace keepers in Sudan for sacrificing their lives.
