Get Rid Of Your Back Pain (Don't Blame The Mattress/Bed)

8 out of 10 people experience back pain when they wake up in the morning.
The common cause of these pains according to most is;

  1. I Slept wrong.
  2. That mattress is bad.
  3. The list goes on....
But consider that most of these people are more than likely 24+ year old and this is
not just a coincidence.
Younger people, seldom have these pains. For example kids can sleep in your bed(with the 'bad mattress'), on the floor, couch and just about anywhere and they won't wake up complaining.

Anyway save your money and pain because the problem is that you most likely have weak and/or unconditioned back and stomach muscles!
So the solution is to take 3 minutes of your day to make these muscles strong because they are
as they say YOUR CORE MUSCLES.

Not only will you 'cure' the back pain, you will lose some inches and feel good everyday as a result of these simple routines. Start with the easy exercises then move on to the hard ones as you get physically fit.
